We do not create customer accounts for the MVP.

We use your information to create, print, stamp, and mail your postcard, review orders before printing, contact you if there is an issue, provide customer support, improve the experience, and keep basic business and order records.

Photos and Messages

Your photo and message are used to create the postcard you ordered. Because this is a physical printed product, your postcard may be reviewed by our team before printing or mailing.

We do not sell your photos, messages, or recipient addresses.

Payments

Payments are processed through Stripe. We do not store your full credit card number on our servers. Stripe may collect and process payment information according to its own privacy and security practices.

We only share information when needed to operate the service, such as with payment processors, hosting and storage providers, printing or fulfillment tools, postal services, or for legal, safety, and fraud-prevention needs.

We do not sell customer personal information.

Mailing Addresses

Recipient addresses are used to mail the postcard. Please make sure the address is accurate before placing your order. We may contact you if an address appears incomplete or unclear.

We keep order information for as long as needed to fulfill orders, provide support, maintain business records, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and improve the service.
