Refunds & Replacements
We want every Just Saying Hello postcard to feel thoughtful, personal, and worth sending. Because each postcard is custom-made, refunds and replacements are handled a little differently than standard retail products.

When We Will Replace or Refund
We will make it right if the issue was our fault.
We may offer a free replacement or refund if the postcard was printed with the wrong customer photo or message, mailed to the wrong address due to our error, severely misprinted, damaged before mailing, unable to be fulfilled, or canceled by us after review.
When We Usually Cannot Refund
Because postcards are custom printed and mailed, we usually cannot refund orders for customer typos, customer-uploaded photo quality issues, cropping choices approved during review, incorrect or incomplete addresses entered by the customer, USPS delays, or a change of mind after the postcard has been printed or mailed.
That said, we are human. If something went wrong, contact us and we will take a fair look.
Address Issues
Please double-check the mailing address before checkout. If an address is incomplete, unclear, or appears invalid, we may pause the order and contact you. If we cannot reach you, the order may be delayed or canceled.
If the customer entered the wrong address and the postcard has already been printed or mailed, a free replacement is not guaranteed.
Delivery Timing
We do our best to print and mail postcards quickly, but USPS delivery timing is not fully controlled by Just Saying Hello. Mail can be delayed by holidays, weather, local postal conditions, distance, or address issues.
Rejected Content
If an order includes content that is inappropriate, unsafe, illegal, hateful, explicit, threatening, spammy, or otherwise not fit to print or mail, we may reject or cancel the order. Depending on the situation, we may issue a refund, request changes, or refuse service.
How to Request Help
Email us at hello@justsayinghello.com.
Please include your order number if available, the email used at checkout, a short description of the issue, and a photo of the postcard if it arrived damaged or misprinted.
