What We Do

Just Saying Hello lets you upload a photo, write a personal message, enter a mailing address, pay online, and have a physical postcard printed, stamped, and mailed.

We do our best to create a warm, high-quality postcard experience, but every postcard is a physical product. Small differences in color, cropping, texture, alignment, or print appearance may happen.

Your Responsibility

You are responsible for uploading a photo you have the right to use, writing a lawful and appropriate message, entering a complete and accurate address, reviewing your postcard before checkout, and making sure your order does not violate these Terms.

By placing an order, you confirm that you have the right to use the photo, message, name, and mailing address included in the order.

Content We Cannot Print or Mail

We may reject, pause, cancel, or refuse any order that includes content we believe is inappropriate, unsafe, illegal, or not fit to print or mail.

This may include content that is hateful, harassing, abusive, threatening, explicit, exploitative, violent, illegal, spammy, fraudulent, deceptive, privacy-invasive, infringing, or otherwise not appropriate for Just Saying Hello.

If an order is paused or rejected, we may contact you for clarification or issue a cancellation/refund depending on the situation.

Order Review

Because Just Saying Hello creates physical mail, orders may be reviewed before printing and mailing. Review is not a guarantee that all issues will be caught. We reserve the right to decide whether an order is fit to print and mail.

Delivery Timing

We work to print, stamp, and mail postcards promptly. Once a postcard is handed off to USPS, delivery timing is outside our full control.

USPS delivery may be affected by distance, weather, holidays, address issues, local postal delays, or other factors. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please carefully review the recipient address before placing your order. If a postcard is delayed, returned, lost, or undeliverable because of an incorrect or incomplete address entered by the customer, Just Saying Hello is not required to provide a refund or free replacement.

Payments

Payments are processed through Stripe. By placing an order, you agree to pay the displayed price for the postcard and any applicable taxes, fees, or charges shown at checkout.

Refunds and Replacements

Refunds and replacements are handled under our Refunds & Replacements Policy.

Intellectual Property

Just Saying Hello owns its website, branding, design, layout, and service materials.

You keep ownership of the photo and message you upload. By placing an order, you give Just Saying Hello permission to use that photo and message only as needed to create, review, print, mail, support, and manage your postcard order.

Service Changes

We may update, pause, or change parts of the service as we improve Just Saying Hello.

Limitation of Liability

Just Saying Hello is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages related to your use of the service. Our total responsibility for an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.
